What if I choose to pick up my order?

When you place an order and select Pick up in store, you have 30 days after the date selected to go to the store chosen to pick up your order. If you don't pick up your order after 30 days, you will be charged a restocking fee of 50% of the total value of the invoice and the difference will be refunded. Pick up orders can take 1 to 10 business days to be ready. You will need to show a valid ID and a copy of your order when picking up.

 

What are the care recommendations for my wood and slate items?

Following care recommendations will prevent damage in wood and slate products:

- Avoid exposing any piece directly to sunlight. Not for outdoor use unless specified in the product description.

- In case of water spills, clean softly immediately with a dry cloth. Use coasters or place-mats whenever you have liquids or food on surfaces.

- For cleaning, frequent dusting with a dry cloth is recommended. Never use a wet cloth.

- For products with a wax finish, every six months to a year you can re-wax with a natural color paste wax depending on how much wear the furniture receives.

 

What are the care recommendations for fabric items?

Following care recommendations will prevent damage in fabric products:

- Avoid exposing any piece directly to sunlight. Not for outdoor use unless specified in the product description.

- In case of water spills, clean softly immediately with a dry cloth.

- Dry cleaning recommended.

 

When will I receive my pre-order items?

Items that are pre-ordered take approximately 8-12 weeks to arrive to our warehouse before they can be shipped. Pre-order items are requested directly from our manufacturer in Mexico. If items arrive before the 8-12 weeks we will notify you so we can send it as soon as possible. Pre-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for any reason.

How long does shipping take?

For regular in-stock orders, delivery is typically within 10 to 30 days after the order date. This may vary depending on the shipping company. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Pre-order items take approximately 8-12 weeks.

 

What states do you ship to?

We ship to most states in the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. For local delivery in the Las Cruces and Albuquerque areas, please see our Local Deliveries page.

 

Do you offer White Glove delivery?

We do not offer White Glove service. Our shipping service delivers your piece outside your home. The driver will unload your furniture from the trailer and place it in front of your house. We highly recommend having at least 2 people available to receive your item as most pieces are heavy. Any pallets or packaging remaining should be disposed of by the customer.

 

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, take pictures immediately and decline receiving the product. Notify the shipping company that you are refusing it due to damage. Contact us at info@rusticsforless.com with photos as soon as possible so we can file a claim and send a replacement. If you already received the item, you have 48 hours from delivery to report any damage with photos to info@rusticsforless.com. After 48 hours we are unable to file a claim with the shipping company.

 

Are your product images accurate representations?

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Please note the following: Some lifestyle images may include digitally staged or AI-generated settings created for inspiration and styling purposes only. The white background image on each product page reflects the actual product. Accessories, decor, rugs and props shown in lifestyle images are not included with purchase. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings. Since each piece is handcrafted, wood grain, color, and dimensions may vary slightly from piece to piece.

 

Is your furniture for indoor or outdoor use?

All of our furniture is designed for indoor use unless specifically noted in the product description. Exposure to outdoor elements such as sun, rain, and moisture may damage the item over time. Outdoor lifestyle images are shown for styling and inspiration only.

 

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to contact us at info@rusticsforless.com to request a return, exchange, or refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. We do not accept returns on gift cards, special orders, custom orders, final sale items, as-is items, or clearance items. Products purchased in our physical store locations are non-refundable.

 

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

For online and phone purchases, our limited warranty is 7 days from the date of delivery. For in-store purchases, it is 30 days from the invoice date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover natural wood characteristics such as grain variation, knots, expansion and contraction, color changes over time, hardware variation, damage from improper use or care, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by pets, burns, or cuts. Slate products are also not covered for natural color variation, cracks, or surface differences.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order you must fill out the cancellation form on our website as soon as possible after purchase. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy and restocking fees. Special and custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for any reason.

 

Do you offer financing?

Do you have a wholesale program?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for valid retail businesses. A minimum first order of $5,000 is required. Please visit our Wholesale page to apply or log in to your wholesale account.
